Description
I love 7 layer taco dip – it’s the perfect party appetizer! Set this out at your next family potluck or Superbowl party!
Ingredients

- 1 batch of bean-less refried beans
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa (store-bought or homemade) or diced tomatoes
- 1 batch of homemade guacamole or 2 cups of store-bought guacamole
- 4 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded
- ½ cup sliced olives
- ¼ cup green onion, diced
Instructions
- Spread the bean-less refried beans over the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Layer on the sour cream, salsa, and guacamole, smoothing each layer on top of the next.
- Sprinkle on the cheese, sliced olives and chopped green onion.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
